We bid farewell to Elizabeth Powers of Shelby Township, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 5, 2026 at the age of 91. Elizabeth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Elizabeth shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Elizabeth farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ignatius Hendrykowski and Cecelia Hendrykowski; and her son Keith Matthew Chase. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Ken" Powers; and her children, Ruth Ellen Young (Doug), Kathleen Delfs (Richard), Mary Lynn Hart (late Alan) and Mark Chase (Anita). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
