Mary Ann Stimpson wrote a sympathy message

“To the Celmer Family: Jim and I are saddened by the news of the passing of our friend Jerry. I have been trying to locate where he was living since leaving Shelby twp. We no longer are able to travel downstate from our home in N. Michigan. Both of your parents were so "special" to us for so many years. I use the rosary daily that they gave me when they visited Mebugorje. Your Mom's stroke on our boat some years back began difficult years. They were great friends. The Stimpson Family”
