He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Chalker and Demetra Chalker (Bajis); and his wife Patricia "Patti". He is survived by: his sisters, Angela (Fox), Denise (Cottingham) and Barbara (Granger); his children, Kimberly (Nelson), Alexis (Priest), Ericka (Krajewski) and Jess F. Chalker Jr.; his grandchildren, Ryan, Kylie, Tyler Nelson, Trinity, Alex Krajewski and Ian Priest; and his great grandchildren, Wesley, Lydia Nelson, Scarlett and Isabella Cheng. He is also survived by many other relatives, nieces, and nephews.
