He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kwasnik and Stephanie Kwasnik (Babiarz); and his brothers, Charles, William and Fred.
He is survived by: his sons, John and Gregory (Judi Anne); his granddaughters, Sarah and Hannah; and his sister Janet DeMist (late Maurice).
