He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theodore D. Cermak and O. Jean Cermak; his wife Maureen Alyce; his daughters, Dr. Danielle Cermak (Chad Hilton), Shawna Ramsey (John Paul) and Jessica Cermak (Lawrence Brooks Frederick); his grandchildren, Isabel, Carter, Ryker and Rayna; and his siblings, Craig Cermak and Deborah Cermak.
