Mary C. Beatty Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary C. Beatty of Shelby Township, Michigan, who passed away on May 9, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father John H. Cox; her husband Kenneth Richard Beatty; and her brothers, John Cox, Jr. and Grover Cox. She is survived by: her children, Frank E. Beatty Beatty (Jennifer) of Georgetown, TX and Laura A. Mitchell (Gary) of Shelby Township, MI; her grandchildren, Lucy Beatty of Westminster, CO, Logan Beatty of Fort Worth, TX, Emily Mitchell of Shelby Township, MI and Jacob Mitchell of Shelby Township, MI; and her siblings, Clyde Cox (Polly), Harold Cox, Ginny Riley (Ray), Floyd Cox (Judy), David Cox (Susan) and Erwin Cox (Loretta). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Mary's memory to the Clinton-Macomb Public Library to benefit the Macomb Library for the Blind which provided much loved audio books to Mary.
