He is survived by: his parents, Marilyn Gerlach (Chadwick) and Daniel Groth; his siblings, Kara Harbour (Patrick), Chelsea Warren (Jason) and Dan Groth; his nieces, Kaeleigh and Delilah Harbour; his aunts and uncles, Chris Zajac, John Zajac (Paula), Michele Potocki (Drew), Kathy Groth and Richard Groth (Alexa); and his cousins, Mary Sue Groth, JT Groth, Christophe Zajac, Denek, Nicole Zajac, Rebecca Zajac, Eric Morgan and David Markley.
