He was predeceased by: his grandson Collin; and his siblings, Dennis Ondra and Ona Mae McClain. He is survived by: his wife Paula; his children, Suzanne Hendrickson (David), David Ondra (Jerusha) and Todd Ondra (Dianna); his grandchildren, David Jr. (Erin), Sydney, Carley, Ethan, Luke and Ayla; his great grandchildren, Charlie and Ada; and his sister-in-law Susan Battisti. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren.
