He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Gehrke (Blair) and Charles Gehrke; his wife Susan Jane Gehrke; and his granddaughter Alyssa Gehrke. He is survived by: his children, Vicky Gehrke-Turner (Bill), Fritz Gehrke and Darrin Gehrke; his grandchildren, Jill Gehrke-Turner (Rob Forbes), Stephanie Gehrke-Turner (Dustin Smith) and Trevor Gehrke-Turner; and his great grandchildren, Skyela Gehrke-Forbes (Jason Famy) and Alicia McGuire.
