He was predeceased by: his grandson Stephen Diaz; and his parents, Stephen Diaz and Esther Diaz. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Deanna Buchalski, Anjanette Griggs, Sherri Lynn Schutte (Dennis) and Stephen Diaz; his grandchildren, Jesse Guralczyk (Jennifer), Seth Guralczyk, Rachel Emmons (James), Marcus Griggs, Dominic Pace, Ryan Diaz, Michael Griggs, Joshua Schutte, Abigail Thiemke, Matthew Griggs and Samantha Jo Schutte; and his siblings, Stephen Diaz (late Nadine), Arthur Diaz, Kathy Diaz, Sylvia Diaz and Sue Diaz. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
