He was predeceased by: his siblings, Cezelia Jakubec, Josephine Balog (late Johnny), Marie Vascik (late Robert) and Stephanie Jakubec. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Annette Bukovics (Joseph), Rick Jakubec and Jana McDonald (Randall); and his grandchild Caden Jakubec.
