He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jennifer (Biondi); his sons, Jack and Stephan; his parents, Michael Neibel and Everly Neibel (Vollmer); and his brothers, Allen Neibel (Theresa) and David Neibel. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles and many great friends.
