He was predeceased by: his parents, Karol Zacny and Teodozja Zacny; and his brother Tadeusz. He is survived by: his wife Alicja; and his sons, Mark Zacny (Dawn), Janusz Zacny (Beata), Dan Zacny (Jennifer) and John Zacny (Kristin). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
