He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Niki Louwsma (Brian), Michael De Sutter (Chanda), Kasey Carpenter (Dan) and Courtney Gyergyov (Jeff); his grandchildren, Luke, Brooke, Zach, Cody and Brenna; and his sisters-in-law, Penny Alberigi (David), Pam Frances (Virgil) and Sherry Palmer.
