He is survived by: his mother Mary Madek (Lavely); his siblings, Therese Childs (David), Mark Madek (Janice), Christopher Madek (Kathleen) and Mary K. Cronyn (Tim); his children, Drew Madek (Cassandra), Victoria Venturini (Anthony), Sean Madek (Rachel) and Paige Madek; and his grandchildren, Aria and Nora Jo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
