He is survived by: his parents, Eleazar Martinez and Cheyanne Slade (Garvey); his stepfather Dennis Slade; his siblings, Kimberly Martinez, Alexis Slade, Alyssa Garvey, Alexis Martinez and Mitchell Slade; and his grandparents, Eleuterio Martinez, Francisca Martinez, Lloyd, Julie Phillips and Shelia Garvey. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home (267 N Michigan Ave, Shelby, MI 49455). Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
