She is survived by: her husband Scott Lewis; her sons, Tyler Lewis (Becca) and Brandon Lewis (Makenna); her brothers, Tim Zerkle (Patty) and Jon Zerkle (Jenny); and her father-in-law Gary Lewis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family, and countless friends.
