It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward Joseph Choinski (Shelby, Michigan), who passed away on April 23, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth; his daughter Ellen; and his siblings, Patricia Mandell (Richard) and Bernard. He is survived by: his children, Bruce (Cindy) and Donna; his grandchildren, Christina Woodworth (Matt), Bryan Kozlowski (LeAnne) and Gary Kozlowski (Jaqui); his great grandchildren, Dylan and Krzysztof; and his siblings, Joyce Frazitta (Frank), Vi Drown and Agnes Vickery (Jim). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

His fun quips and effort to always ask how my kids and i were will remain fondly in my memory. He really embodied our choinski family: family first, stouthearted, and fun-loving.
