He is survived by: his wife Valerie Frohmader; his children, Susan Fredriksen (Frank), Lisa Clark (Michael) and Tom Johnson (Rachelle); his grandchildren, Brianna, Mitchell, Courtney, Cassady, Miranda, Amanda and Clay; and his brother Toby. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
