He is survived by: his significant other Eileen Wilson; his brothers, William "Bill" Perry (Nancy) and Alan Perry; his children, Robby Perry, Michael Perry, Sanday Adamski (Gordon), Wendy (Kerry Chapman), Shelly Lottes (Larkin), Amanda Lewandowski (Joe) and Justin Wilson (Katie); and his grandchildren, Kody Chapman (Brittany), Kip Champna, Kari Jo Chapman (Carols), Jennifer Adamski, Sophie Goebek (Samuel), Steven Perry (Jannel), Christopher Perry, Kinley Perry, Nicole Blinco, Kristen Luebbe (Jake), Angel Bennier (Gary), Jayden Wilson and Taryn Lewandowski. He is also survived by nieces nephews, and great-grandchildren.
