With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Salvatore John Fontana (Shelby, Michigan), who passed away on June 12, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Tina; and his siblings, Albert Fontana and Mary Kaven. He is survived by: his children, Michael Fontana (Carol) and Nena Silagyi (Jerome); and his grandchildren, Leah Korodan (Ryan), Jacob Fontana, Mary Fontana, Tina Silagyi (Jake Morris) and Isabella Silagyi.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Salvatore's honor would be appreciated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
