He is survived by: his parents, Dominique Hampton and Sheana Lambert; and his sisters, Harper Rose Hampton, Raylee Nicole Anastasiades and Emersyn Suzilynn Hampton.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made directly to the funeral home to assist the family with the expenses for Teagan's care.
