He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Holst (Todd) and Amy Schmidt (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jake, Corey, Weston, Kendra and Amy; his great grandchildren, Evan, Liam, Genevieve and Ella; and his sister Carrie Moore (Don). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
