He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Burk Sr. (Smith); his stepfather Mike Dancer; and his brother Jeffrey. He is survived by: his father Lee Burk; his wife Stephanie Jo Nelson; his daughters, Allison and McKenzie; his stepmother Sue Burk Sr.; his siblings, Thresa Bailey (Tim), Lee Burk Jr., Richard Burk (Amy) and Jon Burk (Julia); his uncle Richard; and his aunt Sharon Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and close friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Berry Funeral Home (106 W Wright Ave, Shepherd, MI 48883).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made on behalf of Pat to the family.
