She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Prior and Thelma Prior (Glander); her parents-in-law, Raymond and Esther Kenny; and her sister-in-law Shelby Kenny.
She is survived by: her husband Patrick W. Kenny; her children, Brenda Eisenberger (Jake) of Shepherd, Patrick J. Kenny (DeeAnn) of Shepherd, Jeff Kenny (Tammy) of Shepherd and Marcia Peabody (Frank) of Blanchard; her grandchildren, Brian Clifton (Candy Belden), Jena Eisenberger (Mark Cashen), Kona Dominick (Richard), Jason Kenny (Sheila), Jamie Kenny (Brett Charles), Kory Kenny (Drew), Wesley Kenny (Chelsea), Dalton Peabody (Elissa Shaner) and Taylor Peabody (Luke Newhouse); and her in-laws, Duane Kenny (Ella) of Shepherd, Donald Kenny of Shepherd, Mary Esther Ramon (Joe) of Shepherd and Richard Kenny (Marcy) of Shepherd. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in memory of Rosie can be made to St. Patrick's Church Building or Cemetery Fund.
