He was predeceased by : his father Franklin Walton; his siblings, Frank T. Walton, Linda Walton, Dale Walton and James Walton; and his brother-in-law William Pearlman.

He is survived by : his mother Carol Walton (Smith); his wife Gerry Leposki; his daughter Nicole "Pryncess" Blackman; his stepsons, Jason Parker, Scot Cooley and Jeff Cooley; his siblings, Brenda Pearlman and Robert Walton; and his sisters-in-law, Rita and Connie Walton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
