He is survived by: his children, Russell Machuta (Ruby), Thomas Machuta Jr., Tim Johnson (Michelle), Lee Johnson (Dorothy) and Wayne Johnson (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Russell, Matthew, Jaelynn, Brisais, Zayden, Jimmy and Trisha; and his siblings, Jack Ballard, William Ballard, Linda McKay, June Fergusan, Sandy Nolan, Jeremiah Lytle Jr., Art Lytle, Bonji McNally and Debbi Phelps. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, distant relatives, and many close friends.
