He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Sr. Wahlse and Ethel Wahlse; his brother Phil Hilderbrant; and his grandson Jonathan Eversole. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly; his grandchildren, Jason Western, Jennifer Wahlse and Jared Eversole; his great grandchildren, Hunter Eversole, Aiden Western, Jantz Wahlse and Zayden Kelley; his brother Doug (Vickie Hilderbrant); and his sibling's children, Kevin (Rebecca Hilderbrant) and Bobbi Caswell. He is also survived by five great-nieces and nephews.
