He was predeceased by: his parents, W. H. Braman of Greenville and Betty Stebbins of Sheridan; his brother Bruce Braman; and his stepfather Bud Stebbins. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his sons, Nate Braman of Stanton, Ben Braman (Desi) of Kentucky and Micah Braman (Kelly) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Charlie of Greenville, Katie, Kanye, Jaylissa, Collins, Jack Rivers and Eira of Kentucky; his sisters, Carol Fancett (Roddy) of Sheridan, Mary Kovacic (Mike) of Leland and Cathy Braman of Grand Rapids; and his sister-in-law Janess Braman of Belding.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the First Congregational Church of Stanton (305 N Camburn St, Stanton, MI 48888). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Sheridan Community Center (205 St Clair St, Sheridan, MI 48884).

In Lieu of flowers, the family strongly suggests memorial contributions be made to the First Congregational Church of Stanton.
