He is survived by: his wife Lou Ann; his children, TJ Cousinaw (Amy McConnell) of Sheridan, Kristen Hopkins (Matt Wiley) of Grand Rapids and Megan Wilholt (Nathan) of Wyoming; his granddaughters, Lydia and Marnie; and his brothers, Mike Cousinaw (Pauline) of Ionia and Steve Cousinaw (Debbie) of Ionia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
