She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence "Ed" Higgins and Evabelle Higgins (Hart); and her brothers, Clarence "Sonny" Higgins and Clayton James Higgins. She is survived by: her husband John Rocho; her children, Karen Jackson (Larry), Kevin Rocho (Rebecca) and Keith Rocho (Christy Miller); and her siblings, Carol Taylor, Ronald Higgins and Robert Higgins. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren; her 15 great-grandchildren.
