He is survived by: his significant other Deborah Rich; his children, Kim Meadows, Kathy Rich, David Rich (Risa) and Eric Rich (Rachel); his grandchildren, Meagan, Owen, Kaitlynn, Keyan, Brooklyn, Aurora, Azalea, Ashley, Dylan and Shane; and his siblings, Richard Meadows (Connie), Steve Meadows (Sallie) and Judy Dent (Mitchell). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
