He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Rachel Collins (Skip) and TJ Shaver (Misty); his grandchildren, Kane, Kody and Karson; his brothers, Randy (Julie), Cliff (Nancy), Dennis (Janice), Roger and Barry; and his pet Annie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
