With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lawrence Adelbert Beard of Six Lakes, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 21, 2025 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Raymond Beard and Dorothy Pauline Mitchell Beard. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Beard; his sons, Douglas Beard of Alamogordo and Michael Beard (Summer Tucker) of Gowen, Michigan; his brother John Beard of Williamston; his brother-in-law Max Bailey (Penny); his sibling's children, Chris Beard (Amanda) of Williamston and Jamie Ireton of Florida; and his grandson Christopher Dougan of Hesperia, Michigan.. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Entrican Bible Church (3899 Grow Rd NW, Stanton, MI 48888). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Entrican Bible Church Building Fund, Montcalm Heritage Village or Cannonsville Critters.
