He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Borring (Bailey) and Art Zeis; his stepfather Bob Borring, Jr.; and his siblings, Kempeni Zdunic and Roger Darling.
He is survived by: his children, Zachary (Samantha Zeis), Dereck Zeis (Desiray Sadler) and Kira Zeis of Lakeview; and his grandchildren, Kade Zeis and Tatum Zeis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
