He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Boyer and June Boyer (Thompson); and his brother Marvin. He is survived by: his wife Beverly (VanLuven); his sons, Russell (Barb), Scott and Steven; his grandchildren, Brenna Trepanier (Randy), Jerry Boyer, Megan Boyer (Logan Wallace), Annie Malmgren (Otis), Shelby O'Dovero (Joe), Rhys Boyer and Dalton Boyer; his sister Evelyne Bumstead (Guy); his siblings-in-law, Jane Boyer, Viola Walsh (Ted), Elaine Curtis (Vaughn) and Melvin VanLuven (Cathy); and his close friends, Dick Baldwin, Gary Baldwin and John Laitinen. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
