He was predeceased by : his parents, Graham Baker and Betty Baker (LaVere); and his son Ryan Baker. He is survived by : his wife Teresa; his sister Linda Sutkiewicz (Randy); his sister-in-law Traci Regan (Jim); his nieces and nephews, David Gardiner, Meagan Sutkiewicz, Jennifer Regan and Jimmy Regan (Ashley Lapensee); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelsey, Cameron and Maverick.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested for his daughter Abby's college fund.
