C.; her stepchildren, Rebecca, Rachel Abbott-McCune, Jason Atwood (Jennifer) and Carrie Atwood-Pressley; her parent Clare Middleton; her sisters, Theresa Middleton and Melissa Kimball (Erik); her pets, Stella Rae and Bo Jaxon; and her nephews, Cody Kimball (Sara) and Clay Kimball. She is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
