He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent F. McTaggart and Mary Jane McTaggart (Miller); and his brother Calvin McTaggart. He is survived by: his wife Glenda; his children, Angela Melton (Daniel) of Lenox, Dale McTaggart of Port Huron and Jennifer Hart (Daniel) of Lewiston; his grandchildren, Kyle, Jake, Benjamin, Sara and Adrian; his great grandchild Vivienne; and his siblings, Vickie Hewett (Mark), Raymond McTaggart and Adam McTaggart (Denise).
Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice in memory of Vincent.
