It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Smith of Snover, Michigan, born in Sandusky, Michigan, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Merlyn Smith and Mary Lou Smith (Sawdon); and his brother Brady Smith. He is survived by : his children, Tony Smith (Heather), Christy Seifferlein (Michael), Michael Smith (Emily), Matthew Smith (Tami), Sarah Smith and David Smith (Angela).

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hacker Funeral Parlors (1201 Sanilac Rd, Sandusky, MI 48471). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Memorials in memory of George may be made to the Mooretown Brethren in Christ Church.
