With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Geronda F. Anderson of Sodus, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 14, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Penn and Alberta Penn (Borah); her son-in-law Rick Hysell; and her siblings, Carlene Malin and Jerry Penn.
She is survived by: her children, Chad Anderson of Sodus, Karen Hysell of Coloma and Tina Wall (Dee) of Sodus; her grandchildren, Ricky Hysell, Jennifer Hysell, Rebecca Alshawi and Ashley Slack; and her siblings, Sandra Grooms of St. Joseph, Merrie Stamps of St. Joseph, Arlene Woodworth (Lyle) of St. Joseph and David Penn of Florida. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren & one great-great grandchild.
