He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mailley and Mary Mailley (Cadden); and his sister Ann Caddle. He is survived by: his wife Carole Guzy; his children, John Mailley (Sandra) of Garden City, MI, Beth Maddix (Michael) of St. Joseph, MI and Timothy Mailley (Lisa) of Northville, MI; his grandchildren, Sean, Eric (Alexis), Erin, Cameron and Lauren; and his brother Thomas Mailley (Kathleen).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Starks & Menchinger Chapel and Cremation Services (2650 Niles Rd, St Joseph, MI 49085). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, November 17th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, November 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (220 Church St, St Joseph, MI 49085).
Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Paul of the Cross Passionist Retreat Center in Detroit, Michigan.
