She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Kranich and Adella Kranich (Gatz); her husband Donald W. Cushman; her sisters, Grace (Leon) and Evelyn (Richard); and her nephew Len (Denise).
She is survived by: her stepson Donald Cushman (Patsy); her stepgranddaughters, Anna Marie Baez and Christine Campbell; and her sibling's children, Sue Neeb (Galen Miller), Janell Hounshell (Sid), Lee Neeb (Abby), Lew Neeb (JoAnn) and Roger Farris (Phyllis). She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
