He is survived by: his mother Rae Wright; his daughter Nicole Smith (Josh); his siblings, Connie Smith, Joe Smith (Juanita), Cherrie Krutsch (Chopper) and Rob Smith (Trish); his girlfriend Amy Collard; his children, Amber Mathews (Kirk) and Daniel Collard (Samantha); his grandchildren, Kailee, Carter, Everly, Leland and Bennett; and his close friend Jim Pomeroy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
