Lillian Rose Kochanski Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian Rose Kochanski of Somerset, Michigan, who passed away on October 11, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smarch and Antoinette Smarch; her husband Walter Kochanski; and her son-in-law Walter Cullen. She is survived by: her children, Linda Cullen, Daniel "Butch" Kochanski and Randall Kochanski (Elisha); her grandchildren, Kathleen Jakinovich (Nate) and Joseph McCarthy; and her great grandchildren, Aden, Elijah, Clara and Walter.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Rita Catholic Church (10516 Hayes Rd, Clarklake, MI 49234). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Michigan Memorial Park (32163 W Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134).
