He is survived by: his son Alex Martinson of Traverse City; his sisters, Teresa Captain (Ray) of South Boardman and Angie Martinson of South Boardman; his niece Sarah Captain (Robert) of Traverse City; his great-nieces, Skyler Madden (Alex) of Hinesville, GA and Haiden Barfield of Traverse City; his niece Ashley Cummer (Jacob) of South Boardman; his great-nieces, Lexi and Laci; and his great-nephew Sawyer Cummer.
In lieu of flowers, Fred requested that memorial contributions be made to American Legion Post #463, PO Box 1, South Boardman, MI 49680.
