We announce the death of Benjamin Martin Brooks in South Haven, Michigan, born in Sunbright, Tennessee, who passed away on July 31, 2026, at the age of 92. Benjamin will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Marie Brooks (Hampton); and his siblings, Mildred Brock (Freeman), Doris Offerle (Frank), Carlyn Cromwell (Walter) and Bobby Randall Brooks.
He is survived by: his children, Kemarie Brooks (Sandra Preiser) of Zeeland and Wade Brooks (Sandy) of South Haven; his grandchildren, Nicholas Logan Brooks (Ashley) of Kalamazoo, Noah Hampton Brooks of Grandville, John Preiser of Zeeland, David Kluskowski (Vanessa) of South Haven and Alyson Kluskowski (Dave Robinett) of South Haven; and his great grandchild Betty Kluskowski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
