He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemuel W. Dobbins, I and Patricia Dobbins (Jackson). He is survived by: his significant other Cindy Moreen; his children, Bryce Dobbins and Breanne Dobbins; and his siblings, Scott Dobbins and Tracy Snedeker (Jonathan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
