We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2023, at the age of 87, Jacqueline L. Hazard of South Haven, Michigan, born in Kalamazoo, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Leonard TerBeek and Barbara TerBeek; her former life partner Charles Hazard; and her siblings, Yvonne Campbell, Jerry TerBeek and Tom TerBeek.

She is survived by : her children, Deborah Cottone (Charles), Michael Hazard (Kim), Steven Hazard and Donna Hazard; her grandchildren, Natalie, Alyssa, Ashley, Mikala, Steffany, Destiny, Michael and Nellie; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Ella, Taven, Zoe and Cylas.
