It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Irene Powers of South Haven, Michigan, born in Jonesville, Michigan, who passed away on June 9, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Asa Johnson and Eva Johnson (Pendill); her former life partner Frank Coon Jr.; her husband Ralph "Monty" Powers; her siblings, Marian, Inez, Dorothy, Kenneth, Pete, Raymond, Robert and James; and her daughter Mary Powers.

She is survived by : her children, Ron Coon (Mary) of Traverse City, Charles Coon of Cheyenne, Robin Gissal (John) of South Haven, Ruth Powers of Austin and Paul Powers (Christina) of Allen. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Hospice of Holland or College Baptist Church.
